Description
A ball valve is used to quickly and easily open or close a water pipe system. The stainless steel lever allows quick, user-friendly operation of the internal ball. The ball valve has a full bore, or full flow, meaning there is no flow restriction in the valve.
Two-piece ball valves have a full bore, with the diameter of the ball bore being the same as the diameter of the pipe. The valve can be dismantled as the parts are joined with a threaded connection, although the ball valve must first be removed from the piping system.
This 2-piece stainless steel ball valve, with PTFE seal, is suitable for a working pressure of up to 63 bar, depending on the temperature. The ball valve has two 1" female threaded connections. The temperature range is -20 °C to 180 °C.
