Description
This Bonfix ball valve can be used to open or close the water supply within a drinking water or central heating system. This ball valve comes with a plug pre-mounted on one side. On the other side, you can install a drain valve or another plug if required.
Properties
The full bore means there is no loss of flow. You can use this ball valve in situations with a maximum temperature of 90 °C. The lever makes this ball valve easy to operate and clearly shows whether the valve is open or closed.
Installation
Make sure the pipe is burr-free. This will prevent a cramped pipe. Slide the pipe into the coupling and tighten the nut. The inner ring will then pinch and "cut" into the pipe, creating a solid connection where the following applies: tight is tight. Do not over-tighten the nut as this may cause leakage. The reinforced flat surface ensures optimum grip during installation. Use appropriate tools during installation to prevent damage.
