Description
This Bonfix wire coupling can be used to easily and quickly make a connection between gas or water pipes without welding or soldering. By tightening the nut at the compression fitting, the pipe is clamped and secured.
Assembly
Make sure the pipe is free of burrs. This prevents a noisy pipe. Slide the pipe into the fitting and tighten the nut. The inner ring will then clamp and 'cut' into the pipe, creating a strong connection where the rule applies: tight is tight. Do not tighten the nut too tightly, as this can cause leakage. The flattened and reinforced key surface ensures optimal grip during assembly. Use suitable tools during assembly and prevent damage.
