Multibar C Rootguard

Description

This drip hose, type Irritec Rootguard, is suitable for underground drip irrigation. One advantage of an underground drip hose is that it is not visible. An important consideration is that the drip hose must be installed at the correct depth, depending on the type of plant.
Another advantage is that the water and nutrients are delivered directly to the roots.

A dripper is installed every 30 cm in the hose. The dripper contains a substance that causes the roots to be repelled, preventing the roots from growing into the hose/dripper.

The drip hose is less suitable for use under lawns.

The diameter of the drip hose is 16 mm with a roll length of 100 meters. The maximum length of the hose is dependent on the pressure. If the maximum hose length is exceeded, water will not drip evenly from each dripper.
